As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is serviceVietnam or in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the Global War on Terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.
 
All eligible veterans and their families and friends are encourages to stop in, say hi and stay a while. Meet some new acquaintances and perhaps make some life long friends. Visit our many events throughout the year.
 
We are a family friendly post.

Dec 24th Post shall close at 6 pm -enjoy your family at this time-
 
Dec 25th Christmas Day -Post CLOSED-
 
Dec 26th **New Key Cards will be active Dec 26th!!! They are fawn colored- $1.00 for each card see bartender**
 
Dec 31st New Years Eve Party TBD - The last monthly drawing of the year will occur this evening.

VFW's Mission Statement:
 
That the purpose of this Corporation shall be fraternal, patriotic, historical, charitable, and educational: to preserve and strengthen comradeship among its members; to assist worthy comrades; to perpetuate the memory and history of our dead; and to assist their widows and orphans; to maintain true allegiance to the Government of the United States of America, and fidelity to its Constitution and laws; to foster true patriotism; to maintain and extend the institutions of American freedom, and to preserve and defend the United States from all her enemies.
 
VFW Post 9295's Mission is to adhere to all by-laws from National, Department of Ohio and District in accordance with all applicable laws and or regulations. We endeavor to be supportive of all veterans, our community and public at large. We strive to be a community partner and a pillar of strength supporting those around us no matter their status. We maintain allegiance to the flag of our great nation, and our country, and will defend the freedoms that we took an oath to uphold.
